November 19, 2007, completed a share exchange agreement with Clean Coal Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation, whereby the company exchanged 294,784,480 Common shares (as adjusted for stock splits) for all of the outstanding stock of Clean Coal Systems. Clean Coal Systems, Inc. was incorporated in Florida on May 7, 2007. |
