Monaco Coach Corporation is the nation's number one producer of diesel-powered motorhomes and a leading manufacturer of motorized and towable recreational vehicles. Headquartered in Coburg, Oregon, with substantial manufacturing facilities in Oregon and Indiana, Monaco Coach employs approximately 5,000 people. The Company offers a variety of RVs, from entry-level priced towables to custom-made luxury models under the Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Safari, Beaver, McKenzie, R-Vision and Dodge brand names. The Company maintains RV service centers in Harrisburg, Oregon, Elkhart, Indiana and Wildwood, Florida and operates motorhome-only resorts in California, Florida and Nevada.

In 1996, Monaco acquired Wakarusa, Indiana-based Holiday Rambler, which has been producing industry-leading recreational vehicles for over 50 years. The acquisition expanded the company's product line from diesel motorhomes to include gasoline-powered motorhomes and towables.

In 2001, Monaco Coach acquired SMC Corporation, adding the popular Beaver and Safari brands to the extensive line of motorhomes, and in 2005 acquired R-Vision, a leading manufacturer of lightweight and entry-level travel trailers and fifth-wheel recreational vehicles based on the Trail-Lite brand name.

In 2007, the Corporation generated sales revenue of $1.3 billion on unit sales of 18,000. The Company's products are distributed across North America through a network of over 250 motorhome and 600 towable dealers.
