Gardner Denver's operations are organized into two segments -- the Industrial Products Group and the Engineered Products Group. In the Industrial Products Group, the Company designs, manufactures, markets and services rotary screw, reciprocating and sliding vane compressors, and positive displacement, centrifugal and side-channel blowers, among other things. The end market sectors served by the Industrial Products Group are primarily industrial manufacturing, transportation, energy, mining and construction.
In the Engineered Products Group, the Company designs, manufactures, markets and services, among other things, liquid ring pumps and engineered systems for power generation, environmental, petrochemical, pulp and paper and industrial applications, and pumps and fluid transfer equipment used primarily in oil and natural gas well drilling, servicing and production, and petrochemical and industrial applications. The Engineered Products Group also designs, manufactures and markets single-piece piston reciprocating, diaphragm and linear compressors and vacuum pumps, which are used in medical, environmental and laboratory applications.
