Our products are used in industrial applications to provide power for products such as fans, pumps and conveyors. We were founded in St. Louis in 1920, and our home office is in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

We sell our products as Baldor-Reliance^® industrial electric motors and Dodge^® mechanical power transmission products. We sell our products to value-minded customers who want to buy the highest-quality, most energy-efficient products available in the marketplace. We are pleased to have the highest customer preference and the largest market share in the North American industrial motor market.

Baldor has a no-layoff strategy and provides stock options and profit sharing to all of our employees. We've paid a dividend for over 80 years, and we offer a no-cost dividend reinvestment and direct stock purchase plan. During 2007, we had record sales of more than $1.8 billion and EPS of $2.08.
