Our firm's core executive recruitment business focuses on board, CEO and other senior-level positions. Clients include many of the world's largest public and private companies, middle-market and emerging growth companies, and governmental and not-for-profit organizations.

The relationships developed through executive recruitment are valuable in introducing clients to our broader suite of talent management solutions. Our Futurestep subsidiary provides customized, flexible talent acquisition solutions to meet specific workforce needs of organizations around the world. In addition to being a pioneer in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), Futurestep's multi-tiered portfolio of services includes talent acquisition and management consulting services, project-based recruitment, mid-level recruitment and interim professionals.

Our Leadership and Talent Consulting services (formerly known as Leadership Development Solutions) assist clients with their ongoing assessment, organizational and leadership development efforts. Solutions address three fundamental leadership and talent management needs -- strategic and organizational alignment, leadership and executive development, and talent and performance management. Each of Korn/Ferry's services is delivered by an experienced team of leadership consultants, a global network of top executive coaches and the intellectual property of research-based, time-tested leadership assessment and developmental tools.

As of April  30, 2009, we had approximately 2,100 full-time employees, including 460 executive recruitment and 155 Futurestep consultants who are primarily responsible for client services. We have built strong client loyalty with 75% of the executive recruitment assignments we performed during the fiscal year were on behalf of clients for whom we had conducted assignments in the previous three fiscal years.
