The relationships developed through executive recruitment are valuable in introducing clients to our broader suite of talent management solutions. Futurestep is Korn/Ferry's outsourced recruiting subsidiary, focusing on the creation of successful recruitment solutions based on clients' individual workforce needs. Futurestep's process leverages a multi-channel sourcing strategy and global database of more than a million pre-screened professionals to provide a diverse set of candidates. In addition to recruitment process outsourcing, the company's portfolio of services includes project recruitment, mid-level recruitment, consulting and interim solutions.

Leadership Development Solutions is a comprehensive blend of leadership services that assist clients with the ongoing assessment and development of their leadership teams. Services include succession planning, management & team development, competency modeling, executive coaching, onboarding, merger integration, cultural change, integrated talent management, and compensation consulting through our affiliate, Executive Compensation Advisors. Each service is powered by Lominger, a Korn/Ferry company and an internationally recognized provider of research-based, experience-tested leadership development tools.

As of April 30, 2008, we have approximately 2,550 employees, including 490 executive recruitment and 111 Futurestep consultants who are primarily responsible for client services. We have established strong client loyalty; more than 84% of the executive recruitment assignments we performed during the previous three fiscal years were on behalf of clients for whom we had conducted multiple assignments.
